L63 is a place located in one of the most fashionable districts of Paris , the 10th arrondissement , a stone's throw from the Canal Saint Martin in the heart of a 19th century mansion .

This private mansion, which for many years hosted the creations of the artist Rodin , whose first bronzes came from the workshops located in the backyard, was a mecca of artistic creation, orchestrated by the Leblanc-Barbedienne family. Owners of the premises and wealthy industrialists whose foundries occupying the back of the building were the heart of this district; they were supplied with raw materials and in particular coal via the legendary Saint Martin canal.

The very contemporary interior architecture was designed in the spirit of a Tokyo triplex with maximum use and modularity of space .

It can be both a showroom or a pied-à-terre for a weekend in the heart of the capital.

Finally, its immaculate white metal interior structure is also a timeless nod to a building in which metal has taken the form of a work of art for decades.

The place welcomes contemporary pieces showing the infinite possibilities of metal, highlighted in the creation of iconic design objects.
