MARTIN SZEKELY

Martin Szekely is a monograph dedicated to the work of the famous French designer.
Born in 1956, Martin Szekely lives and works in Paris. He was named Designer of the Year in 1987, and honored in 1999 with the Alfred Dunhill "Notable Man of the Year" Award.
Martin Szekely carries out two activities at the same time: he creates furniture and objects for museums and private collectors, and he also works on large-scale industrial projects.
Each of his creations is the fruit of conceptual reflection, of a search for aesthetic satisfaction as well as functionality. He works with materials as different as carbon fiber, crystal, glass, corian, resins or wood.
